Come join us at Dapur Usada for our very first cooking class featuring our delightful Indo-Vedic food. In this series of classes, you will learn how to make selected items from our own menu. Dapur always maintains the philosophy of using as much as possible fresh, organic and local ingredients and our team of chefs heartily enjoys creating with them.
First up is our very own head chef’s creation, a vegan and gluten-free spin on our most beloved Balinese meal, including Dapur’s signature sambals. Come and learn under the guidance of our head chef Ngurah, with this enjoyable hands on cooking class.
