Leading the class is Chef I Gusti Nyoman Agus Wiadnyana, Head Chef of Usada Bali and a passionate figure in Balinese culinary culture. Raised in a traditional family in Ubud, Chef Agus inherited his deep understanding of herbs, healing food, and local ingredients from his father, who was known for his traditional remedies.
With decades of experience in the kitchen, he has dedicated himself to exploring the intersection of Balinese wisdom and Ayurvedic nutrition. His cooking philosophy centers on balance, simplicity, and the powerful connection between food and well-being.
Chef Agus now brings this philosophy to life through the Ayurvedic Cooking Experience. With his warm presence, keen intuition, and wealth of knowledge, he creates a learning atmosphere where guests feel both empowered and inspired to cook with intention and heart.
