DAPUR USADA co- creator, Dr. Sujatha Kekada is also Head Physician and Co-Founder of AmrtaSiddhi an Ayurvedic health centre in Ubud, Bali and a certified Ayurvedic doctor (B.A.M.S.)
Before coming to Bali in 2004, Dr. Sujatha worked as an Ayurvedic doctor in one of the most respected and successful clinics in Kerala, South India and as an Ayurvedic consultant throughout Europe and Asia.
Come join us at Dapur Usada for our very first cooking class led by our Ayurvedic expert Dr. Sujatha Kekada, featuring our nutritious Ayurvedic food. In Ayurveda food plays a prominent role in promoting health and is considered medicine. Our cuisine is known for making sure each dish is prepared, spiced and cooked to achieve maximum digestibility.
In this class, you will learn how to make items from our own menu and hear an array of enriching Ayurvedic facts from Dr. Sujatha. She will provide insight about which foods suit and balance you according to your constitution and dosha imbalance, as well as explain the ingredients and their health benefits.
